The food was good for the most part. The prices were high with added service fees. Food prices should include service fees on menu. The facilities are beautiful, but the bathtubs are disgustingly filthy.

Room service was delicious. All of the plated food at this resort was delicious. Their fish was very fresh and tasty. The front desk staff was also very nice.

This property is absolutely beautiful, I love the restaurants had amazing food. the staff was excellent, they went above and beyond. there are so many pools on the property which avoids crowding. they also have a great water slide for the kids. it’s family friendly. we stayed for 6 days, I loved it here. will definitely visit again.

Location was awesome, right on the beach. Best was my room over looking the ocean. Food was great. And they had multiple options for food. The staff ensured they have some event or the other every day to keep guests entertained through out the day.

Hands-down best food in Cabo at Calima buffet at Playa Grande. Beautiful pools. Bummer that beach/ocean unusable. Check-in HORRIBLE as were the extremely aggressive time-share people in the lobby. They trick you saying they have towel cards and only way to get them is to be totally harassed. HORRIBLE. Lack of beach/these sales people, I would recommend staying elsewhere but doing at least one meal at Calima ($38/person Saturday night seafood buffet was all you can eat/drink. Can also get NY strip and pastas-all amazing.)

Food at property was very good. Drinks as well. Was not at all happy with the property solicitors for their new sister hotel. They were very pushy and hovering They took our money and would not give it back when we notified them of our cancelling of our tour. Talked to them every day after to get it back and later they denied even talking to us about it.

Playa Grande is few minutes away from the Marina so you have all the access to the sightseeing tours and small market places for souvenir. The location of Playa Grande is the deal-breaker when we were looking for places to stay. Next is the staff. They are so amazing and accommodating. We also had great dinner and entertainment for our first night. I also joined the Zumba class by the pool. I won't hesitate to go back to Playa Grande in our next Cabo trip.

The resort is great, with nice rooms, great views and several pools and spas. Staff was friendly. The size of the property is just about right walking to the pool, beach, and back to the room. The location is nice, within walking distance to the marina and restaurants. We bought the Breakfast Included package. The breakfast was great, with nice selections of fruits. However, you can either select eggs / omelets or french toast / pancake, not both as listed in Bookings.

Excellent friendly staff. Great room and resort facilities. Location is perfect for a mix of beach and downtown.
